Amending Chapter 60, Code of Ordinances, Sewers and Sewage Disposal, by repealing and replacing Section 60-32; amending Chapter 61, Stormwater, by repealing and replacing Section 61-20; amending Chapter 64, Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places, by repealing and replacing Section 64-4, all for the purpose of transferring certain permitting functions from the Water Services and Public Works Departments to the City Planning and Development Department; directing the City Manager to align employees and vacant positions as needed in accordance with carrying out the directives in this ordinance; directing the City Manager to provide monthly reports to the Neighborhood, Planning and Development Committee regarding progress of the transition; and providing for a delayed effective date.
