RESOLUTION - Congratulating the City of Kansas City, Missouri staff on their achievements in the 44th Annual Kansas City Corporate Challenge (KCCC).

WHEREAS, almost 400 staff from the City of Kansas City, Missouri registered to participate in the 2023 KCCC and demonstrated their sportsmanlike conduct, athleticism, and City pride by delivering a third-place overall ranking in Division A with 749.5 points; and
WHEREAS, the City congratulates our 2023 first place winners: Horseshoe-Forest Decker, Paul Camarata; Billiards-Robert Beaudin; Darts-Vincent Smith; 50 Backstroke-Eric (Benjamin) Falk; 100M Dash-Eric Haggins; 100M Dash-Bruce Duffin; and

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
That the Mayor and Council hereby express their support for the participating staff of the City of Kansas City, Missouri’s 2023 KCCC athletic and spirit teams; and
BE IT RESOLVED that this Resolution be spread upon the Minutes of the Council in testimony thereof and that a copy hereof be presented to the 2023 Kansas City Corporate Challenge team congratulating each for their success and service to the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
