WHEREAS, throughout her term, Councilwoman Hall worked tirelessly to provide new recycling carts for all Kansas Citians. Just recently the City of Kansas City unveiled its new recycling carts; and

WHEREAS, in 2018, Councilwoman Hall worked diligently to pass Ordinance No. 180211 which was the groundbreaking ordinance that allocated $250,850.00 towards the design of Fire Station 15; and

WHEREAS, Councilwoman Hall has been a champion of the Inclusion Revolution in Kansas City from inclusive playgrounds across the city, to the “Think of me Keep it Free” Parking Campaign, to the passing of an ordinance requiring universal changing stations in future Kansas City projects; and

WHEREAS, in 2023, Councilwoman Hall worked to create a Supported Hiring Initiative, making it easier for those with developmental disabilities to gain employment within Kansas City. Kansas City is becoming a truly inclusive city for all; and
