BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That Chapter 88, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as the Zoning and Development Code, is hereby amended by enacting a new section to be known as Section 88-20A-1553, rezoning an area of about 23 acres generally located at 12220 N.W. Skyview Avenue from District AG-R (Agricultural-Residential) to District B4-1 (Heavy Business/Commercial), and approving a development plan to allow for a variety of uses and multiple buildings on one lot, said section to read as follows:
Section 88-20A-1553. That an area legally described as:
TRACT 1: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 52, Range 33, Platte County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at a point 2640 feet east and 1474 feet north of the southwest corner of Section Eighteen, in Township Fifty-Two of Range Thirty-Three; thence west 626.13 feet to a stake; thence north 416.42 feet to a stake; thence east 626.13 feet to a point on the center line of Highway C 416.42 feet north of the point of beginning; thence south 416.42 feet to the point of beginning, except that part in road.
TRACT 2: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 52, Range 33, Platte County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 52, Range 33, 1890.42 feet north of the southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of Se...
