Authorizing a $57,600.00 contract with Police Legal Sciences, Inc., for Contract No. 6221010001 to provide continuing educational services for the KCI Airport Police located at KCI.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a $57,600.00 four-year contract with Police Legal Sciences, Inc. A copy of the contract is on file in the Office of the Director of Aviation.
Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to expend the following amount heretofore appropriated to the following Kansas City Airport Fund for work to be performed under the contract:
21-8300-622310-610360 Training Services $14,400.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
