Reducing the contingent appropriation in the amount of $22,400.00; appropriating $22,400.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund for purposes of funding legal work related to the formation of the Linwood Shopping Center Community Improvement District; authorizing the City Manager to take certain actions with respect to the formation of the District; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
