Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a Road Relinquishment Agreement and STP-Urban Program Supplemental Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (“MHTC”) for the N.W. Prairie View Road and south of N.W. 64th Street Improvements Project; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
