Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 2 with Atkins North America, Inc., (formerly SNC Lavalin) for streetcar vehicle procurement, design engineering and production oversight consultant services, including inspection services, for Project No. 89022014-002 - Kansas City Streetcar Main Street Extension in the amount of $3,273,215.00 for a total contract amount of $3,787,966.87, from funds previously appropriated to Account Nos. AL-3445-898990-B ($1,653,301.00) and AL-3445-895990-B ($1,619,914.00). A copy of the amendment is on file in the Public Works Department.
