BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the payment of the sum of $409,173.09 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 24-7010-131523-B-618200, in settlement of the claim of Atriums at Soho West Condominium Association, Claim No. T1920-0025A, as recommended by the City Attorney and the Risk Management Committee, is approved.
