Estimating revenue in the General Fund in the amount of $12,500.00; reducing the contingent appropriation in the amount of $2,500.00; appropriating $15,000.00 to the Law Department for purposes of funding legal work related to the formation of the 1200 Main/South Loop Community Improvement District; authorizing the City Manager to take certain actions with respect to the formation of the District; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
