Estimating revenue in the amount of $4,000.00 in the General Fund; and authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a three (3) year lease agreement with an option to renew for (3) additional years with MWT Bulk Services, LLC for the purpose of an office and truck scale generally located at 1518 Woodsweather Road, Kansas City, MO 64105.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the MWT Bulk Services, LLC Agreement:
24-1000-071600-457500 Space Rental Charges $4,000.00
Section 2. That the Director of General Services is authorized to execute a three (3) year lease agreement with an option to renew for (3) additional years with MWT Bulk Services, LLC for the purpose of for the purpose of an office and truck scale generally located at 1518 Woodsweather Road, Kansas City, MO 64105 beginning January 1, 2024 and ending December, 2027. A copy of the license agreement is on file in the General Services Department.
