BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Superior Bowen Asphalt Company, LLC, for construction services for Project No. 62210534 - Repave Economy Lot C for $2,358,647.00 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 22-8300-627270-62210534-B. A copy of the contract is on file in the Aviation Department.
