BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the payment of the sum of $167,603.94 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 24-7010-131523-B-618200, in settlement of the claim of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City, Claim No. T2223-1624, as recommended by the City Attorney and the Risk Management Committee, is approved.
