BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to enter into a Lease and Management Agreement with Foundation for Regeneration, Inc., to manage and make improvements to the Heart Forest located at the southeast corner of North Brightwell Road and N.W. 104th Street. A copy of the agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, such documents, contracts, leases, certificates and instruments, as may be necessary or desirable to carry out and comply with the intent of this ordinance and to implement the transaction(s) contemplated.
