Amending Chapter 2, “Administration,” Code of Ordinances, specifically amending Sections 2-1099, Vacation leave, and 2-1100, Sick leave, to provide for conversion of sick leave to vacation leave and vacation leave payout for any leave not designated by an eligible employee under the Post Employment Health Plan and allows eligible employees to be compensated for unused leave prior to separation of service.
