BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No 6 with Crawford, Murphy & Tilly for design professional services for Contract No. 62160465, Project No. 62200518 - Reconstruction of Post Gate 1 adding $266,640.00 for a total contract amount of $1,082,657.64 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 22-8300-627270-B. A copy of the amendment is on file in the Aviation Department.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
