Amending Resolution No. 150141 by repealing Section 2 and enacting a new Section 2 to remove the requirement that the City Manager’s policy include certification of Women’s Business Enterprises by an entity other than the City and adding a new Section 3 to require the City manager to report on the progress of the implementation efforts.
