WHEREAS; the revenue for this lease was previously estimated at $8,800.32.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of the General Services Department is authorized to execute a one (1) year lease agreement with two (2) options to renew for one (1) year each with KC Mothers In Charge for the purpose of an office space in the Robert J. Mohart Center, located at 3200 Wayne Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64106, which is attached hereto in substantial form.
