BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1.  That revenue in the following account of the Aviation Fund is estimated in the following amount:

 

26-8300-620000-470640                                          Prop Rent-Aviation-Ground                                                               $16,753.46

 

                     Section 2.  That the Director of Aviation is authorized to execute lease agreement 6223010001 with ALG Transportation, Inc., for a twenty (20) year term with a ten (10) year renewal option for 66,460 square feet of Hangar 5B and adjacent area located on N.W. Richards Road at the Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport.  A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the Aviation Department.
