BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is authorized to execute Amendment No. 14 with HNTB Corporation for the Contract 62190509 - Design Airport Development at Kansas City International Airport adding $1,883,549.50 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. FY25-8300-627270-B-62240576 for a total contract amount of $17,198,470.51. A copy of the amendment is on file in the Aviation Department.
