Authorizing the Director of the Water Services Department to execute a Right of Way Deed, a Temporary Easement, and a Permanent Drainage Easement Agreements with the City of Riverside, Missouri in conjunction with the construction of road improvements of the "Northwest Tullison Road Project" in Riverside, Platte County, Missouri.

WHEREAS, the City of Riverside, Missouri has a construction project called the "Riverway Boulevard Improvements Project" that entails building a roundabout on Northwest Tullison Road in Riverside, Platte County, Missouri; and
WHEREAS, the City of Riverside needs to obtain property interests necessary for their road improvements project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Kansas City owns the Line Creek Pump Station on Northwest Tullison Road in the City of Riverside, Missouri in the area where construction will be done; and
WHEREAS, this proposed ordinance will grant the necessary property interests to the City of Riverside, Missouri for their project; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of the Water Services Department is authorized to execute a Right of Way Deed, a Temporary Easement, and a Permanent Drainage Easement Agreements with the City of Riverside, Missouri, attached hereto in substantial form, conveying necessary property interests for the City of Riverside, Missouri to complete their "Riverway Boulevard Improvements Project," legally described as follows:

A tract of land being situated in the North Half of Fractional Section 9, Township 50 North, Range 33 West in the City of Riverside, Platte County, Missouri, said tract of land being a portion of the tract of land described as set forth in the Quit Claim Deed recorded July 29, 1966 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for said County and State as Document No. 12868 in Book 289 at Pa...
