BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of the Aviation Department is authorized to execute a $2,000,000.00 first amendment to Contract No. 6224110067 with Vazquez Commercial Contracting, LLC, for a total City obligation of $3,500,000.00 for Project No. 62250587 - On-Call Tenant Modification Services from funds previously appropriated in Account No. 27-8300-627270-B-62250587. A copy of the amendment is on file in the Aviation Department.
