BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the payment of the sum of $55,900.24 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 25-7010-131523-618200, in settlement of the claim of Ryan and Kathryn Villines, Claim No. T2324-1225X, as recommended by the City Attorney and the Risk Management Committee, is approved.
