Estimating revenue in the amount of $485,000.00 in the Capital Improvements Sales Tax Fund; appropriating that amount to the North Brighton Avenue accounts; authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into an agreement with the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri for the North Brighton Avenue improvements from N.E. Pleasant Valley Road to N.E. 78th Street project; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
