BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the payment of the sum of $79,000.00 for the settlement of claims asserted by Ghaith Dinn in the lawsuit styled, Ghaith Dinn v. City of Kansas City, Missouri, Case No. 2216-CV26300, as recommended by the City Attorney and the Risk Management Committee, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay the sum of $79,000.00 in settlement of said claims asserted by Ghaith Dinn from funds previously appropriated in Account No. 25-7010-131543-B, Public Official Liability Fund.
