BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That Chapter 88, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as the Zoning and Development Code, is hereby amended by enacting a new section to be known as Section 88-20A-1553, rezoning an area of about 7.6 acres generally located at 12220 N.W. Skyview Avenue from District AG-R (Agricultural-Residential) to District B4-1 (Heavy Business/Commercial), and approving a development plan to allow for a variety of uses and multiple buildings on one lot, said section to read as follows:
Section 88-20A-1553. That an area legally described as:
TRACT 1: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 52, Range 33, Platte County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at a point 2640 feet east and 1474 feet north of the southwest corner of Section Eighteen, in Township Fifty-Two of Range Thirty-Three; thence west 626.13 feet to a stake; thence north 416.42 feet to a stake; thence east 626.13 feet to a point on the center line of Highway C 416.42 feet north of the point of beginning; thence south 416.42 feet to the point of beginning, except that part in road.
TRACT 2: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 52, Range 33, Platte County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east tine of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 52, Range 33, 1890.42 feet north of the southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 52, Range 33, said point being the northeast corner of the School District Tract; thence west along the north line of the ...
