Authorizing a contract for approximately $3,700,000.00 with Superior Bowen Asphalt Company for the resurfacing of various streets generally between the Missouri River and north city limits; authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter contract changes up to and including twenty percent (20%) of the original contract price; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
