BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of the Aviation Department is authorized to execute a second amendment to Contract No. 6221050036 with Oshkosh AeroTech, LLC LLC (formerly JBT AeroTech corporation), in the amount of $1,200,000.00 for a total City obligation of $10,212,525 for passenger boarding bridges at Kansas City International Airport from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 27-8300-622354-B. A copy of the amendment is on file in the Aviation Department.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
