Authorizing the Manager of Procurement Services to execute a three (3) year Agreement with Ticketmaster L.L.C., a Virginia Limited Liability Company, to provide ticketing services to the clients of the Kansas City Convention and Entertainment Facilities Department; and authorizing the Manager of Procurement Services to amend and extend the Agreement for one (1) additional three (3) year term.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Manager of Procurement Services is authorized to execute a three (3) year Agreement with Ticketmaster L.L.C., a Virginia Limited Liability Company, to provide ticketing services to the clients of the Kansas City Convention and Entertainment Facilities Department.
Section 2. That the Manager of Procurement Services is authorized to amend and to extend the Agreement for one (1) additional three (3) year term without additional Council authorization.
