BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to Pathway Financial Education lease agreement:
26-1000-071600-457500 Space Rental Charges $9,838.14
Section 2. That the Director of the General Services Department is authorized to execute a one (1) year lease agreement with two options to renew for one (1) year each, attached hereto in substantial form.
