BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby directed to develop a plan to conduct a survey of Kansas City, Missouri businesses for FY 2026-27 for the purpose of identifying the importance of various issues to businesses and identifying expansion and retention plans of businesses in the future.

Section 2. That the City Manager shall report back to City Council regarding the City Manager’s progress on the directives of this Resolution within 30 days.
