Approving the Petition to establish the Metro North Crossing Community Improvement District; establishing the Metro North Crossing Community Improvement District generally located on the east side of Missouri Highway-169, bounded by N. Baltimore Avenue on the east, N.W. 88th Street on the north, N. Summit Street on the west, and N.W. Barry Road on the south in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri; determining Metro North Crossing Community Improvement District to be a blighted area; and directing the City Clerk to report the creation of the District to the Missouri Department of Economic Development.
