Consenting to the rate of front foot special assessment to be levied by the Westport Special Business District; consenting to the proposed uses of the revenues produced therefrom; estimating and appropriating revenue in the amount of $39,213.10 in the Westport Special Business District Fund; re-estimating and re-appropriating the remaining uncollected revenues and unexpended and unencumbered appropriations to the 2020-21 Fiscal Year; designating requisitioning authority; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
