Amending Chapter 10, Alcoholic Beverages, by repealing Section 10-211 and enacting in lieu thereof a new section of like number and subject matter which will allow an applicant within three additional exempted areas to bypass the density requirement when applying for a retail sales-by-drink alcohol beverage license in one exempted area and to bypass the density requirements when applying for a retail sales-by-package license in two exempted areas.
