BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. Estimating total lease revenue in the amount of $0.00
Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is authorized to execute a twenty (20) year lease agreement 697DCM-25-L-00075 with the United States of America, acting through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), for the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at the Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport. A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the Aviation Department.
