Authorizing a Supplemental Agreement with the Missouri Department of Transportation for transferring grant funding from the Cliff Drive Recreational Improvements Project to the Cliff Drive and Spirit of KC Scenic Byways Trail Project in the amount of $94,102.20; reducing an appropriation and revenue estimate in the Capital Improvements Fund in the amount of $94,102.20; appropriating that amount and increasing the revenue estimate to the Cliff Drive/Spirit of KC Scenic Byway account.
