Estimating revenue in the amount of $200,000.00 in the Capital Improvements Sales Tax Fund; appropriating that amount to the 53rd Street Improvements account; authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into an agreement with the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri for the N.E. 53rd Street from Chouteau Trafficway to North Indiana project; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
