BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section A. That a development plan in District R-1.5 (Residential 1.5) generally located on East 10th Street between Van Brunt Boulevard and Elmwood Avenue, and more specifically described as follows:

LOT 1
Containing 29,786 square feet or 0.68 acres - Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 48 North, Range 33 West, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, being described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence North 02?15'43" East, along the east line of said northwest quarter, a distance of 582.76 feet to a point on the easterly prolongation of the northerly right of way line of east 11th street; thence North 87?41'32" West, along said prolongation and along said northerly right of way line, a distance of 977.50 feet; thence North 02?15'43" East, along a line parallel with the east line of said northwest quarter, a distance of 160.14 ft to the point of beginning of the tract of land to be herein described; thence North 87?41'32" West, along a line parallel with the northerly right of way line of said east 11th Street, a distance of 186.00 feet to a point 1163.50 feet westerly of the east line of said Northwest Quarter; thence North 02?15'43" East, along a line parallel with the east line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 160.14 feet to a point on the southerly right of way line of east 10th Street; thence South 87?41'32" East along said right of way line, a distance of 186.00 feet to a point 977.50 feet westerly of the east line of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 02?15'43" West, along a line parall...
