Authorizing a contract with Radmacher Brothers Excavating Company, Inc. for approximately $4,980,000.00 for Project No. 89005536, Rehabilitation of Bridge S096B11048, Roadway Widening and Intersection Improvements at Blue Parkway and Eastwood Trafficway; reducing an appropriation in the amount of $186,000.00 in the Capital Improvements Fund; appropriating that amount to the Blue Parkway and Eastwood Trafficway account; estimating and appropriating revenue in the amount of $3,394,300.00 in the Capital Improvements Fund; authorizing a maximum expenditure of $5,216,904.83 without additional City Council approval; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
