Authorizing the City Manager to enter into an employment agreement with Gary Reese; reducing an appropriation in the amount of $234,766.00 in the Contingent Appropriation account; appropriating that amount from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to Fire Administration account; authorizing payment into the City of Kansas City, Missouri Firefighters’ Pension System Trust to purchase creditable service on behalf of Gary Reese; and recognizing an accelerated effective date.
