Amending Chapter 2, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Sections 2-1081, Salary schedule for elective positions in the city service, 2-1082, Salary schedule for council members, and 2-1083, Salary schedule for mayor, and enacting in lieu thereof new sections of like number and subject matter that eliminates annual increases; and establishing an effective date.
