Authorizing a fourth amendment to the Cooperative Agreement for Design and Construction with the Performing Arts Community Improvement District and others; approving the removal of real property from the Performing Arts Community Improvement District generally bounded by 12th Street on the north, 17th Street on the south, Wyandotte Street/Baltimore Avenue on the east and Broadway on the west, in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri; and directing the City Clerk to report the CID property removal to the Missouri Department of Economic Development.
