Authorizing the City Manager to enter into an employment agreement with Donna Maize; reducing an appropriation in the amount of $284,846.00 in the Contingent Appropriation account; appropriating that amount from the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Contingent Appropriation account; authorizing payment into the City of Kansas City, Missouri Firefighters’ Pension System Trust to purchase creditable service on behalf of Donna Maize; and recognizing an accelerated effective date.
