COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE
Estimating revenue in the amount of $1,620.00 in the General Fund; and authorizing the Director of General Services to negotiate and execute a fifteen (15) year lease agreement with an option to renew for additional (15) fifteen years with Mayfair Partners II, LP for the property located at 1216 E. Linwood, Kansas City, MO 64109 to be used as a private parking lot supporting its adjacent affordable housing project located at 1224 E. Linwood known as the Mayfair Apartments.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the Mayfair Partners II, LP Lease Agreement:
26-1000-071600-457500 City Property and Acquisition $1,620.00
Section 2. That the Director of General Services is authorized to negotiate and execute a fifteen (15) year lease agreement with an option to renew for additional (15) fifteen years with Mayfair Partners II, LP for the property located 1216 E Linwood, Kansas City, MO 64109 to be used as a private parking lot supporting its adjacent affordable housing project located at 1224 E. Linwood known as the Mayfair Apartments beginning the effective date of this ordinance. A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the General Services Department.
