BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the Mayfair Partners II, LP Lease Agreement:

 

26-1000-071600-457500                                          City Property and Acquisition                                                  $1,620.00

 

Section 2. That the Director of General Services is authorized to negotiate and execute a fifteen (15) year lease agreement with an option to renew for additional (15) fifteen years with Mayfair Partners II, LP for the property located 1216 E Linwood, Kansas City, MO 64109 to be used as a private parking lot supporting its adjacent affordable housing project located at 1224 E. Linwood known as the Mayfair Apartments beginning the effective date of this ordinance. A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the General Services Department.
