BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That a development plan in District B3-3 (Community Business (Dast 3)), generally located at N.W. Tiffany Springs Parkway and Interstate 29, and more specifically described as follows:
