RESOLUTION - Directing the City Manager to provide the report to Council that was required from Ordinance No. 240378 within 15 days.

WHEREAS, the City Council passed Ordinance No. 240378 on May 25, 2024; and
WHEREAS, Section 4 of Ordinance No. 240378 directed the City Manager to work with KCATA to review the costs and benefits of a Zero Fare Program compared with a Functionally Free Fare Program and to report back to Council within 60 days; NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
That the Council directs the City Manager to provide the report to Council that was required from Ordinance No. 240378 within 15 days.
