Authorizing the City Manager to execute thirty-six (36) contracts totaling $136,100.00 in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund with nonprofit organizations recommended for funding as part of the FY 2019-2020 2nd quarter application cycle for the purposes of promoting neighborhoods through cultural, social, ethnic, historic, educational, and recreational activities from the Neighborhoods Tourist Development Fund; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
