RESOLUTION - Recognizing The Greater Kansas City Association of Real Estate Brokers for its role in creating a brighter, more inclusive future for all potential homeowners.

WHEREAS, The Greater Kansas City Association of Real Estate Brokers has demonstrated unwavering commitment and exemplary service in educating and facilitating homeownership opportunities for the underserved and those who have been traditionally left out of the home buying equation; and
WHEREAS, this esteemed organization has played a pivotal role in fostering inclusivity, equality, and empowerment within the realm of real estate, thereby contributing significantly to the economic and social vitality of our community; and
WHEREAS, through its innovative programs, workshops, and initiatives, The Greater Kansas City Association of Real Estate Brokers has illuminated the path to homeownership for countless individuals and families, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to realize their dreams of owning a home; and
WHEREAS, the efforts of The Greater Kansas City Association of Real Estate Brokers have not only transformed lives but have also been instrumental in breaking down barriers, challenging systemic inequities, and building a more inclusive and equitable real estate market; and
WHEREAS, the dedication, passion, and tireless work of the members, volunteers, and leaders within The Greater Kansas City Association of Real Estate Brokers serve as an inspiration to us all and remind us of the power of community, collaboration, and commitment to the greater good; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
That the Mayor and Council do hereby recognize and commend The Greater Kansas City Association of Real Estate Brokers for its role in creating a brighter, more inclusive future for all potential homeowners; and
