Appropriating $300,000.00 from the Health Levy Fund to provide additional funding needed for public health and health care services for indigent residents of Kansas City, Missouri; and directing the City Manager to roll forward $150,000 of residual Health Levy Funds from the FY 2012 Health Department budget to appropriate it to the Health Department’s FY2013 account as part of a strategy to address unbudgeted increases in labor costs.
