Authorizing the Director of Aviation to execute a thirty (30) year lease and concession agreement with two (2) twenty (20) year renewal options with Terminal C Hotel, LLC, for the purpose of developing, constructing, and operating a hotel on the grounds of the Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is authorized to execute a thirty (30) year lease and concession agreement with two (2) twenty (20) year renewal options with Terminal C Hotel, LLC, for the purpose of developing, constructing and operating a hotel on the grounds of the Kansas City International Airport. A copy of the lease and concession agreement, approved in substantial form, is on file with the Aviation Department.
Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is authorized to execute such documents, leases, certificates, and instruments as may be necessary to carry out and comply with the intent of this ordinance and to implement the transactions contemplated.
